Kanji Dictionary Tangorin
Kanji is a type of Japanese writing system, based on symbols which represent words or ideas. Kanji can be combined to form a word, or can represent a word itself. It was originally founded on logographic Chinese characters.
Search for Kanji in our Japanese Kanji dictionary, so that you can translate Kanji to English or English to Kanji
search using any combination of Japanese, English, rōmaji or kana
combine multiple readings or readings and meanings for more accurate results, e.g. ken miru or ken ticket
use wildcards: * (asterisk) for zero or more characters, _ (underscore) for exactly one character (wildcards work only on kanji readings but you can use them with rōmaji)
put English keywords in quotation marks to search for the exact phrase
