OK. I'm going to stay here and continue to be Yano for the time being. Such has been requested. There is reason for the assumption that the person terrorizing my family has low profiency of English, therefore I'm not going to say anything here in Japanese or German anymore for a while. Please excuse my broken English, I honestly think it's legible enough.

You all are not required to switch to English for me, keep on going to talk to me in German or Japanese. Its only I'm going not to use both languages actively anymore for a while; of course I still understand nevertheless.

Ok, i don't have to, but i'd like to...

So please tell me, is it the correct 'then' which I used? Or should I have used 'than'...

Bigger/ smaller than (=comparison).
Something first, ... and then... (adverb of time) cf. when.
